Western Real Estate Investments is a privately-held commercial real estate investment company that has been in business for over 15 years. Our philosophy is to acquire existing single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties throughout the United States. Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership, and operation of free-standing, net leased, single tenant retail properties and vacant retail buildings. Sam Librizzi has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 17 years. He formed WREI with the intent to purchase stabilized and distressed retail commercial real estate properties.

Since inception, we have acquired over 150 commercial properties totaling over $150,000,000. Individual properties range in size from as small as 1,200 square feet to as large as 200,000 square feet. In the aggregate, our properties contain over 500,000 square feet. The vast majority of our properties are single tenant retail properties. We also own land, subject to a ground lease, underlying both single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties. Our properties are located in primary and secondary markets throughout the country.  We are mainly buy and hold investors, but will consider selling immediately after closing should it make fiscal sense.
